Ancient Rowboat Of Riches
I like the idea, but what would ancient skeletons be doing with, and in, a pirate rowboat? It doesn't make any sense!
Now, if it were normal skeletons, carrying say, a treasure chest or a bag or pile of gold, then sure, I could see it happening, and I would even encourage adding it, as an extra fun, but Rare, encounter upon the Sea. They could even be armed with flintlock, Eye of Reaches, and even bombs or a keg (or stronghold keg). 😁
