The problem is if you have a different email for amazon and xbox. Whatever your account linked to your sea of thieves profile for twitch, anything you claimed, will be dropped into the amazon email instead of your twitch/xbox email. For exemple, my twitch account is linked into my sea of thieves account with the proper xbox account, but since my amazon email is different from my xbox account. The claimed prime gaming loot was sent into my amazon email with a non-existent xbox account. I had to create a sea of thieves character to see the "wulf sails" into the ship chest. The loot drop from watching streamer on Twitch works thought. I spoke with the support, but all i received is the FAQ copy and paste messages. The FAQ doesn't help because the problem is on their side.
