Pirate Legend perks + progression past PL

As of right now, Pirate Legend does nothing outside of the Athena’s voyages. I’d like to see Pirate Legends have some kind of perks so that there’s an incentive to get to PL. For example, customizable rowboats and harpoons, or being able to buy an empty storage crate or collectors chest. I feel like there isn’t much do do progression wise after PL too, so I feel like the level cap should be raised to 100, with something like PL happening with level 75 in 3 factions, with a new voyage type unlike anything we’ve seen before.
