this is what almost NPC says and i cant open the in game shop also the reputation tab is just loading infinitely.

@ravencrow19 this happens sometimes, mostly on update days...it's because of busy servers
Just go on with playing, next time you're on an outpost it should work, at least it worked for me after a little while...@schwammlgott but its happening now for 2 days.. i need to find a friend just so i can a voyage :( cause i cant talk to the NPC's
