I noticed that my achievement list showed that my Hook, Line, and Sinker achievement is at 98% unlocked. I turned in what should have been the final fish about a week ago. I scrolled through all of the fish commendations and all of them have at least 1 caught and turned in. I'm not sure if this is an issue on the game's side or on Xbox Live's side but is frustrating due to how long some of the rare fish took to find and catch.
