Hi there!
I posted something like this a while back on the forums but because the issue is persisting still I wanted to see if any help was available. Basically I can't open or view my previous requests on the Support Site.
It asks me to login, so I do so, then it boots me back to the Home Page.
Just for testing purposes I tried my Friend's Account and he could open and view his previous tickets perfectly.
Please can one of the Moderators help me with this issue, as it's halting me from reporting Bugs whenever I find one.
