I had an issue where I turned in mermaid gems and only got a 3000 bonus instead instead of today's 5000 bonus mentioned in daily mission. Was it a typo from Rare or dud others get this? Should I have turned in my ruby gem instead of sapphire gem to the gold hoarder, ie blue gets you 3k, green gets you 4k and red gets you 5k.
Please help me understand???

This is an oversight on our part, but I am happy to let you know that we've fixed the reward. Everyone who completes the bounty from now on will get the 5,000 gold as advertised. Moreover, we've compensated all the pirates who managed to complete the bounty before we fixed it. So all of you should see the additional 2K gold in your pockets next time you log in.
The Daily Bounties are still very new and we are monitoring the rewards closely to see what works and what doesn't. We want to offer an enticing reward for you guys to go and complete the bounty every day. We also want to encourage players to try new things or stuff they don't usually do. But the difficulty of the goals tends to vary greatly which makes striking the balance between the reward, curiosity and time investment quite tricky.
So, it would be great to hear your opinions on the current rewards and what would you potentially like to see. I can't promise any of your ideas will be the one thing we will go and do, but we'll take all of it on board for the future daily bounties!
@old-salt-gorg Yea that first one i got completed but when i tried to complete the "Sell a stolen item to the Reapers Bones" then my completion disappeared and no matter how many stolen items we turned it NONE of us got the reward haha.
