During the hungering deep campaign, players who completed it could buy "the hungering one" figure head. I played through this campaign and sadly was not aware that you could get this figure head for completing the campaign. I want to suggest that this figure head is added to a store for the players who completed the hungering deep campaign but didn't buy the figurehead during the event. That way it would still be only available for players who were playing during the hungering deep (not for players who joined afterwards), but they can still buy it now.

Completing the hungering deep campaign didn't unlock the figurehead for you to purchase, it immediately awarded it to the player. If you completed the campaign, you got it automatically. Didn't play it, don't get it...They should do this for all cosmetics. Instead of letting everyone get every thing let the players complete a set if they played during that time. I played during forsaken shores but sadly diddnt complete the ship set. I would like to buy the figurehead. But I diddnt know everything was time limited so I pushed it off
@schwammlgott I definitely played it, I was the unlucky one who had to hold the shanty while we sailed across the map XD .maybe there was just a problem with my account, oh well, if it was added in the store afterwards ONLY for the players who played during the hungering deep then I could just grab it from the store, I’m sure I’m not the only one who missed out.

I don't know if it was required to get the figurehead, but did you find and read the three journals Merrick had left in the world during the event? If not, maybe you needed to do that also, and that possibly kept you from earning the figurehead. The only other explanation I can think of is you didn't do any damage to the hungering one when you fought it, so you didn't get credit. I'm just not sure if that would be the case though.
