I had 2, one died 2 years ago, one is left. Best mates i ever had, except the dogs i had before.

Becks died the same way because of cancer. It is one of the sadest moments of my life, but i will always have a dog saved from beeing imprisoned or killed by Administration.
If you have the time and ressources do it. You wont regret it i guarantee.

Oh , i know Sir but i have moved to a different house since then and i don't have a garden anymore , dogs need a lot of space or they get frustrated ...And my little country is so dense that there is hardly space where he could freely run and play…But the real problem is that i simply can't get it over my Heart to get a different dog , i would always compare it with my Best fourfeeted Friend and that's not fair towards the "new" dog.

Dogs are my pick during my life ive always had dogs even now.
Just today i have donated to a dogs charity, two years ago i have adopted a puppy and she died two weeks after because of Parvo.
We have tried everything but she couldnt make it so to this day i wear her coller as a bracelet. (Even though its green and i want it to be blue) 😖
Ive lost it yesterday and couldnt find it anywhere so at some point ive promised myself that ill find it i will donate everything ive earned yesterday and ive found it so ive donated today to a dogs shelter hahahaha.I love these ideas lol.
Your picture of the chest gave me an idea. It would be a lot of fun to have a small chest on 4 legs as a pet! Like a miniature version of a Marauder's chest or a Captain's chest, but on legs, so it runs around and follows you lol. It could be smaller than a real chest, and unable to sit down so you always see the 4 legs that it's standing on, so other pirates don't get it confused with a "real" chest and try to pick it up lol. 😅🤭👍
This then led me to think of a Message in a Bottle as a pet, standing upright on two little legs, running around after you lol. I would love it! 😂👍
The possibilities are endless. 👏😄
I was wanting a skeleton cat for the Halloween update, and was sorely disappointed. They have models and everything, and the pet AI is already in place, animations and model variations are the only things missing. It should be here already!

I do know Discworld (Terry Pratchett - I love the books) and I agree, it would be fantastic! That's why I immediately thought of a little chest pet for Sea of Thieves, it would be perfect. 😄👌 I love these chests as they bring back memories of so many games and stories, and they are also a big part of the risk of opening chests in the Dark Souls series (my most favorite game series). Every time you open a chest, it could be a Mimic, and instantly stand up tall on its legs and try to eat you with its big mouth lol! I also remember them in the Tiny Tina DLC in Borderlands 2, among other games. 😵😂 They are so much fun and would be great little pets running around in SoT lol.
Either the chest, or the message in a bottle, would be instant purchases for me lol. 😂👍👏🤭I think a running and jumping chest would make a great cursed chest, rather than a pet - you would have to catch it once unburied and hold on to it whenever it becomes antsy lest it decide to go for a swim.
A separate biting chest with a big, shark-like, and toothy grin would be good for a cursed chest too - you could hide it among your loot to deter theft.
