    i was return the game i cant find my ship skins. I was pay for that now cant find it :(

    Are you sure you're using the same (MS-)account ?

    @QWho8266 some skins won't show on Playstation. (Duke Set and Founders AFAIK)

    Submit a ticket if neither of these is the case.
