@ollieoxenfree yes, on both my twitch accounts and both are linked properly. Heck I've even relinked the accounts to see if that fixes it and nothing.
@wolfmanbush Thats exactly it, I just checked my alt who hasnt finished that commendation but has the shirt.

@musicmee I really want this shirt, and I’ve earned it. Is it worth opening a ticket or do you think Rare has data on who has earned/claimed it?
They say to allow up to 72 hours to receive items before submitting a ticket anyway, so at least give them that amount of time to sort this out before panicking, folks.
They're aware of the issue, they'll give us details if we need to do anything else. In the meantime, as long as you've claimed the Drops, there is a record in your Twitch inventory, so don't worry.

Just to confirm, there is no need for tickets as this has happened to everyone... Sit tight, pull up a stool grab a grog and leave the rest to Player Support who are investigating.
@musicmee just to also ask, when they messed up the jacket a while back I didn't get it because I didn't like the design that was shown. but then it ended up being a different jacket that I did like, does Rare plan on redoing the drop for the miscommunication.

It can take up to 72 hours to appear... there were a fair few pirates who needed a fresh shirt so it could take some time!
@musicmee got my shirt. need to check my alt to see if they took the dawn hunter shirt away. I hope they did.
