Xbox One S is stuck on "Finding Crew Ledger"

@reapinglegion raise a support ticket i have a list of 5 people, including myself, who have gone there and got it fixed. Always use support. They may seem to ignore things, but they always at least check them

@reapinglegion Send it in to support, do whatever u need. Apparently, your pirate is corrupted on their servers and they need to fix that. They will either ask you to delete your pirate, or theyll delete it themselves. Once its deleted they will reinstall it. Then its fixed. Thats what they did for me.

Just tell them at support, desceibe it in full detail, list everything youve done to try and fix it, so they know what to do

I have the same problem. I can play on the PC with my account but i cant get past finding crew ledger on a xbox. Ive try 2 xboxs and even at a friends house on there xbox. Contacted rare support and got this reply - Unfortunately, we cannot help with this issue. We would recommend reaching out to the Xbox Support team at http://support.microsoft.com/ Contacted microsoft and they said i should contact Rare lol. Looks like im stuck to playing on PC until its fixed.

@mini-grim-1984 try again, and tell them all the steps you have tried. It wont fix itself

@reapinglegion Nothing gets deleted. Trust me. If i knew i would lose something, i wouldnt have done it. Im pl10, legendary sea dog, gold curse, and i have all (but one) BR commendation.

As i said, contact support and youll be all good

@klutchxking518 Same as before. They tell me to go into a folder on xbox and delete saved data. DOn't play on a xbox but kids do so test it on there. Go to the folder which they tell me to delete every thing in there. I tell them theres nothing there as i deleted it last time i tested. They say start the game and it should load from there server but nope still stuck on finding crew ledger. Tell them i can get on fine with my PC. Try a friends xbox. Delete his saved data and try again but still wont load. Yet on his profile he gets on first time. Then i get the normal reply saying they cant help with this issue and to contact microsoft support and microsoft say its a rare issue and to contact them lol.

@rarecsm Hey, I've got a similar issue. The game freezes the entire PC when I get to finding crew ledger for several minutes. What can I do? Tried almost everything I found.

@donzwiebel42 Make a support ticket and tell them this problem and they should resolve it.
They basically told me that my account wasen't fully logged out (my PC account) and thereforce i couldn't connect with it on my Xbox (or if it was viceverse, i couldn't remember...this thread is old).
So make a support ticket mate

I seen this more around. Mostly the problem originates in a preference setting.
It can be that an account u use on PC is set to PC lobbies and when u want to go in with your xbox it cancels the loads. I've read that this even happens between insider and main game.

So if u insider and use that account on main game it can be that the insider setting is messing up your main game load.
