So I was fishing for a Bone Ancientscale for over 3 hours . I finally got a trophy one at the seapost . As the fish was nearly cooked , the server decided to merge and it glitched the coding of the fish to where we couldn’t grab it anymore . We were able to put it back down on the stove , but as my friend went to grab it again his game crashed and we lost the rare fish. I have played this game since week 2 of its launch and I have seen all sorts of game breaking glitches . But this has pushed me to the point where I’m about to be done playing this broken game. Thank you for wasting 4 hours of my time . I wouldn’t be complaining like this if it wasn’t a big deal but this is seriously one of the most frustrating things I’ve ever come across . I have a video recording of what just happened and I encourage and would hope that you guys fix your game .

So.... why didn't you use the shiny new reconnect feature then?
Rare can't help that a game crashes sometimes. I've been playing since launch and I've only rarely crashed. And when I do I Shrug and rejoin my friends, they'll keep my loot safe.
And when I crash a lot I report a bug, look on the internet if more people experience this and might even Reinstall the game to be sure everything is in order.
