Theirs this secret room under captains room on galleon I’ve been wondering what is it going to be or has been because from the back only its a small room with a window and if you go down onto the second deck between cannon balls and wood it’s just a pillar that leads no where ! What is going to be in their ?

It isn't anything other then a fallacy. Have you ever asked why the galleon has cannon ports on the outside, but nothing on the inside? Same idea. Also, the mast and capstan on all of the ships aren't supported below the deck like they would be on a real ship.
So, in other words, it's literally just window-dressing. If I were to hazard a guess, though, I've always imagined a trapdoor under the carpet of the captain's cabin that leads down into his own personal toilet.
