Unable to load game, error 0x803F8001

  • EDIT: Solved (maybe), perhaps a fluke, but I just tried signing out of my MS account and then back in... I then loaded the Xbox Console Companion (new name for the app I guess) and started game from that and it loaded fine again. Game now runs normally through my usual shortcuts. Insider build also working now too.

    I've been playing SoT since launch and have never run into this... I just tried loading the game and got this error on my PC:"Sea of Thieves is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

    This error happens for both the main game and insider build.

    I've double checked my Xbox Live Gold and I have an active sub until the year 2021. I've never used "game pass" and bought the game full price at launch so that shouldn't be an issue here. I've checked the store and it shows I own the game and let's me click "play" with the same result. I've checked for updates and all is well there (I played about 12 hours ago after all)... I've restarted my PC and network and internet, disabled my anti-virus (never been an issue before, but tried anyway). Xbox Live services shows all is well, my internet works fine.....

    I'm running out of ideas. Is there an outage of some kind... what else can I do??
