Hi, as the title says I have problems with the initial loading menu and voice chat. When I click on SoT game icon and it starts to load, the game stutters and freezes the PC, so I have to wait about 3 min to recover. What can I do to fix? I reinstalled the game and nothing changed.
The voice chat with other crews doesn't work, I only hear my crew. Obviously I gave all the permission to the game with the mic. Any ideas? Thx in advance.

-CPU: i5-3470
-RAM: 8 GB
-Game installed on SSD
-Only Xbox Companion installed
I play since day one with the same setup and never had problems. I tried to reinstall the game, but I don't have any ideas how to fix.

akward. Got myself a i7-4970k // 16gb also on ssd but from clicking icon till ingame is 90 seconds so 3+ min is way to long.
I have the problem you describe on my streampc (i7-2600k // 16gb) but there the game is installed on an normal HDD.
So maybe check on what drive it is installed if you still have a HDD in your pc
You can move installed Microsoft Apps to External Drive, USB, SD Card or another Drive in Windows 11/10. Useful if you are facing disk space constraints on your PC.
Sound wise you mic settings ain't stopping you from hearing other crews. If your own crew can hear you ingame others should be able to aswell if they have their settings set correct.
In the xbox companion app you can set the settings of your sound and mic for ingame voice.
@callmebackdraft i also have this problem, but instead of 3 minutes delays the pc just freezes but I still can hear what is happening on the seas. Also this problem is not only in the menu for me, it also has happened in game. I thought it was the frame-rate of my pc, but I know now it is not
