I'm still suffering the start up bug please help

    Hey fellow pirates, I need your help. I've just recently tried to reinstall this game on pc so I can really see what it is like, but the problem is that I can not start the game up because it crashed on launch, my pc does meet requirements, and I have tried so much! I've uninstalled the game, I've uninstalled the insider app, I tried to use powershell, I switched my language to the UK, and yet nothing is working! It is so annoying not being able to play on pc when you own the game. Please Help

    @batmlg are you talking main game or insider build (since you talk about insider app)

    Have you bought the game or are using it trough gamepass ?

    What are the specs of your pc ?

    Has it run before ?

    Have you checked the windowslogfiles to see if any clue is there about why it's instantly crashing?

    Do you have your windows / Xbox companion app and graphicsdrivers up te date?

    Have you checked if your date and time are set to automatically?

    @callmebackdraft Main game, I meant the BETA app for pc game pass, and I have game pass I do not own the game. It used to run when I tried it on pc nearly a year ago, but now it does not.

    @batmlg Have you tried raising a ticket with support, they should be able to help.

    @batmlg oke the beta app thats good for the normal retail game.

    Did you check if there are any updates for Sea of Thieves in the Windows Store (the normal win10 store)?
