It would be awesome if we could have an icey area, on the opposite side of the map to the devils roar, we could upgrade our ship(like the shores of gold) to push through the ice, the only place where the wind is not your friend, the faster you go the more damage is done.

@bulletproofsupa Great Idea. To Counterbalance the Icebreaking mechanic, you can add another that endangers you to the cold. The more you are exposed to it the worse off you are. So in order to survive, you need specific gear. The gear that you wear also has another effect like it slows down your movement speed. But without it your health starts to drop your aim shakes all over the place, your attacks are only 2 hits instead of 3. you can't walk straight, you know that kind of thing. love the idea. So essentially you want to go fast, but not too fast, and not too slow either.
@arcawat could also get stuck in the ice if you're at an island for too long 15-20mins, and have to dig your ship out or something!
