Okay so, I’ve seen the ghost sails on other ships (and the flags too) and I’ve seen them glowing. I’ve seen the regular Athena’s Fortune sails as well and I’ve seen it glow before too. I finally got my Athena’s Fortune sails, but I’ve never seen them glowing when I equip them. Can only others see it? Or am I just seeing things?

Okay but I don’t see the colours in general either when it gets dark. Like it basically turns pitch black.
A wee bit upsetting cuz I wasted 300k on the sails to show off to my best friend, but they don’t glow and the ones that do cost like 500k XD
The normal Pirate Legend Sails purchasable in the Legend Hideout Shop do not glow and never have. There is a Golden Legendary Variant where the Legendary Symbol is glowing and those are no longer obtainable, and then there are the Ghost Sails.
Only 2 sails glow. The Athena Sails and the Year anniversary Legendary Sails.
The original Pirate Legend sails do not glow. Sorry broski.
Don't be so down on the money though. Sooner or later you'll start begging for random stuff to waste your money on.
I already was before becoming PL 0-0 there’s not enough customization options like they should maybe do a thing that’s based on seasons, kinda like other games!!
Christmas, Easter, Halloween, etc etc etc have clothes and equipment and weapons and ship stuff based on seasons/holidays
