Here is my opinion, might just be me but after playing the game for a while Adventure feels too empty. Arena is a great mode it feels so lively and is very fun when played in a group, solo not so much.
Adventure how ever feels like a chill mode and that's perfectly fine. There is nothing more annoying than getting attack when doing a tall tale (never happened to me).
But when you are actively looking for other players there is just no place to look for.
Forts are good for leveling up and you can occasionally find a ship there but well there is just no other way to say it... The Sea is just too empty.
Increasing player numbers would just lead to other problems so you I got this idea.
Sea of Thieves needs a pirate hot spot like the Sea Dogs just in Adventure. Something like Tortuga from Pirates of the Caribbean.
I've seen other people on Reddit suggest it and heard Rare doesn't want to make Islands too interesting which makes sense. You don't want the Sea to be empty but one island should be fine.
