One thing I remember before a lot of massive updates is that the many islands in the Sea of Thieves ALWAYS had a safe spot to put your ship. But, unless my memory is failing me and these spots never were safe, I’ve noticed that these safe spots now have cannons which end up nearly screwing my ship.
Did they add more cannons to islands? And did they ADD cannons to islands that never used to have them?
@agent-samuraii Can't confirm, in the last few nights all of my approaches to island have had or not had cannons as expected.
As far as I know sometimes skeletons just aren’t present on the cannons, other times you’re just an unfortunate soul lol
Plunder Valley - I’m on the north east beach and I don’t think there ever used to be a cannon there. I could just be stupid too but I don’t believe there used to be a cannon by the main sock on Cannon Cove (that or I was just incredibly lucky and never had a skeleton spawn at the cannon on that island whenever I went to it).
I could just have poor memory as well but I don’t remember there being cannons at Wanderers Refuge either.
@agent-samuraii That spot on Plunder Valley and Wanderer's Refuge have always had cannons. There's 2 cannons on Wanderer's and they are both on the west side. Do you mean Crooks Hollow when you say Cannon Cove? Because there has never been, and still isn't, a cannon on Cannon Cove but, Crooks Hollow does have one facing a dock.
