I like it but wish they picked a grunt for the figurehead and made it look like a crab more than an alien lol. But the figurehead of master chief looks awesome, just seems a bit out of place lol.

@musicmee Idk which shanty i like better, this or the one as you approach the shores of gold... Both are amazing and I wish they would add them to our in-game shantys :D... but yea also the ship is pretty amazing too I was thrilled when I saw the reveal !

It says, an' I quote " The box set edition contains an exclusive download code" So I believe ye get the code when ye get the physical copy o' the game, shippin' in October.

I was worried when I first heard about this that the Spartan on the front would look out of place. However, I'm glad they went with the ancient Greek Spartan look, it's a nice blend. Overall a pretty good way to promo Halo in the game and give us some nice cosmetics.
Hopefully, we'll see more of these tie-ins with other franchises - Maybe a Crimson Omen set for Gears 5?

Well, during their “Sea Of Thieves - A Year on the Seas” talk at E3 they said there are more promotions like this one to come and the team has a couple of meetings this week with other studios! So who knows? Maybe we'll get some Gears 5 cosmetics and other crossover... 😁
still not received the spartan ship set despite playing the game on tuesday morning and all day after that and every day since, now got on to support about it according to them i only played on friday the 14th
i feel they messed up this, what they should have done was put the spartan ship set in the shipwright shop in game for the limited period, which would have been a lot easier for people to get it
