Before I finish the quest for the first time, am I able to keep my Morningstar uniform? It looks very fashionable and I would love to keep it.

Ok so I finished it, and... no, I don't keep the outfit. Why is that?
My belief is that they wanted this outfit to be something special to the Tale, and the temporary nature does add to what makes it special.
Think about it - Revenge of the Morningstar is all about rectifying the things you learned about the crew of the Morningstar's deaths in Tale #7 (which Graymarrow was responsible for.) Fittingly, you locate and don the outfits they wore, and you use them this one time and appear before Graymarrow to avenge them/stop him from getting to the Shores of Gold.
Additionally, the NPCs at Sanctuary Outpost interact differently with you based on the outfits, so it would be weird to have that outside of the Tale.
I LOVE the outfit too, and would love a clothing keepsake from that awesome tale. I think they should keep the original outfits exclusive to the context of Revenge of The Morningstar, but release a re-style or recolor so that we can have something like the outfit.
