Hi I have a issues that should really be addressed and I don’t know where to post it but, there are people who have been hacking the game and going around invisible glitching islands and then ddosing players and making it a disadvantage to the game completely, I have came across this a few times now, there is a huge difference in being a pirate and player and stealing loot how it’s meant to be played and then cheating to win, glitching the game going invisible teleporting and so on, I really hope you read this message and I absolutely love the game but it’s unplayable when you have people hacking going against you in a unfair fight

I beg your pardon, but discussing is not allowed? I thought sharing cheats and hacks, supporting cheats and hacks etc. was forbidden. If we suffer cheats and hacks, we are not allowed to discuss? Is this post of mine a discussion of cheats and hacks??

The official rule is:
Cheats and Hacks
Discussing Cheats and Hacks including but not limited to their use and where to get them will result in a permanent ban from the Forums. If you want to report a cheat, hack or bug you have discovered, please contact Support.
This stops the promotion of the cheat/hack for further exploitation... the correct way to deal with these kinds of issues is via the support tool, not to give these cheats and hacks the light of day.
@goedecke-michel In the past there have been almost literal witch hunts against cheaters and so many times a lot of us have explained the infrastructure of the Microsoft Azure servers and the impossibility to do such things and how much they look like latency issues.
It's also really telling that a lot of us who have thousands of nautical miles under our belts have never seen a cheater hacker or anyting coming close while someone boots up the game for the first time and sees hundreds of them.
I can get where @Musicmee is coming from when he says that discussing isn't allowed. When trying to explain what is and isn't possible you're going to end up giving information on cheats and that's now allowed.
