[Discussion] - Twitch - Twitch Extensions - Add A SoT Twitch Extension

  • So like many of the SoT Community. I can understand how a wide array of the seas are filled with Streamers. Even myself for that matter.

What I'd love to see is a SoT Twitch Extension.

    Q. Why would I want this sort of thing?
    A. Why Not! It's a fantastic way to show your Pirate Side to your Stream Community Viewers

    Q. What would be ideal with this?
    A. The Stream could connect their XB Account to the Extension and have the ability to show off their In-Game Pirate

IMO The Key Ideal List I would show would be:

    • Show Preview Look At The Active Pirate Cosmetics On The Human Figure/Ships.
    • Show All Pirate Stats
    • Show Preferred Stats for the Streamer (Items Sold/Quests Completed...)
    • Add in a function that allows viewers to help keep track of the Streamer's Death/# Of Personal Ships Sunk/# Of Enemy Ships Sunk.
    • Add in a function that allows viewers to help keep track of the Streamer's Achievements While Fighting Skeleton Ships/Megladon/Kracken/Skull Forts.

My Personal Fav that my Twitch Community keeps saying is I need a Death Tracker/Personal/Enemy Ships Sunk Counter.

You See a lot of Game Extensions out there already for the games like Hearthstone having a Deck tracker, LoL/Dota Having Champion Builds and a lot of other games out there.

    But Why Not With SoT?!?!?

I'd love to see this happen and I know my Stream would have a blast with it too

  • @lots-of-pyro Reminds me of a meme "Hey this guy does this thing!!!!" " See nobody cares". Could you imagine not adding some of these stats officially due to fear of griefing that others have asked for in the past....... but then just allowing only those who stream to have it?

  • @lots-of-pyro

find a great idea... just starting streaming SoT.
it miss something on my stream for sea of thieves
streaming with my xbox, extensions are not 100% great for it
