I know that Rare is working hard. They want to bring new content with as little bugs as possible but it seems a shame to have the Bilge Rat become more of a monthly update. I enjoyed having frequent fun content every fortnight or so. It seems a shame we have to wait so long for the next mercenary voyage as well. Maybe the next Bilge Rat adventure should be engaging players in more sailing around the map and exploring the islands? I am running out of things to do in the game!
Bilge Rat adventures: Where have they gone?
@j4k3789 The last one was the mercenary’s voyage where you could get the mercenary’s ship cosmetics. Admittedly it wasn’t as big as previous but they also said they have all hands on deck working on there mega update.
While I also don’t have a source i do recall them saying they will be having more at some point, so they are not don’t with the concept.
@j4k3789 I completely agree, Duke is being a lazy drunk at the moment. It has directly affected my time on the seas.
I get Rare wants their mega update and it takes a lot of resources, but the lack of new adventures is not very motivating for an old salty pirate like myself to hit the seas. There is one thing I haven't seen and done yet in the world and that is the Shrouded one... but after hours of trying to find her waters in the shroud she might be just an old pirate myth.
Dukes importance in this game should not be underestimated.
