I dont want the few selected from xbox i want to put mine like many others do please help!

This does not belong in the feedback and suggestions forum. You're a Pioneer + Founder you should be able to figure this out. That said, you can change your profile picture on your account via the xbox app on PC and visiting your own profile by clicking your user image on the top left, then clicking customize. Alternatively, you may use the official xbox website (I won't type the URL, but it's just xbox with the expected URL ending,) to log into your profile using your Microsoft account login details, then proceeding to your XBOX Profile by clicking your user image in the top right (not your Microsoft account.) From here you will see the same thing that the xbox app will show you, so simply click customize and away you go.

I really hope that you were cynical about my knowledge just because im pioneer so ill answer carefully, Im on pc and ive never used my microsoft account or my xbox app so naturally its not my field and yes i was lazy to give it more time that i did so i hope that you were joking.

I wasn't kidding. I'm on PC as well and if you are playing Sea of Thieves then you HAVE used your Microsoft account - you had to log into it in order to download Sea of Thieves from the Microsoft Store. It's not my fault that you have been lazy about where you posted your thread, nor is it my fault that you couldn't type your question into google to get the answer.
