Pirate getting deleted

    My friend logged on to the game and all of a sudden it asked him to make a whole new pirate. He didn’t delete his pirate or anything. Anyone have the same problem?

    Ahoy there, we'd recommend asking your friend to submit a ticket via Support for this, it's not something I've come across before.

    I'm going to say probably got hacked and deleted. Support should be able to get it back for him.

    There have been posts on this before, but it has been quite some time. They were remedied via a Support Ticket as others have suggested.

    ^ This, usually when something like this happens it is best to send in a ticket and they should be able to restore the character from the last version copy they have of it on the server side.

    100% of the time, either the person has logged in with the wrong Gamertag, family/friend has deleted, or they were logging into Pioneer's by mistake :)

    Either way, just put in a ticket and it can be sorted.

    lol rip, gotta love the way they did the character creation system so we are only allowed one pirate

    Does he have more microsoft accounts? If so it could be he accidentally logged in with a different account. It happend to me once. I didn't notice it right away and scared the hell out of me! Till I saw it was an other Microsoft account I never used.
