This things I am listing are fine for adventure mode but not for competition. Competitive play requires much tighter netcode and far less sloppiness with mechanics.
-Lots of rubber banding,combat gets really weird looking when several people are around, things start animating strangely.
-Variable load screen timers if you load in at all, which make or break fights.
-Killed while loading in?why is this a thing? how does the game not know that a player is in black screened still and not render you till you can see whats around you and move?
-Sword blocking only works sometimes and jump attacking is really hard to block.
-Game needs body blocking people should not be able to walk or jump through other players this is ridiculous.
-Shots show hits when they don't.
-Sword swings and lunges make sounds like hits even when they don't.
-You can sword through ship walls?
-Sword lunge stuck timer is too long. Just wait for them to lunge and then shoot them while just standing there is ridiculous, way better off shooting people at a distance than lunging. There are some very high skill cap ways around getting stunned but its pretty random if you can pull them off with latency and terrain playing a big role and 99.9% of players do not even know what I am talking about. Why bother if you can just shoot people with a much lower skill cap.
-Mega barrels is hits are pretty much a guaranteed sink, this needs to be Nerfed for competitive play.
-Cursed balls will need to be nerfed, currently they end the fight with no chance of counter.
