King of the Fort

    Friday night was playing on a brig with my sloop partner and our son. We went to the fort at Kracken’s Watch Tower. There were 2 sloops, a galleon and another brig. They were all fighting over the fort.

    It was the most fun I had in months! We were the last ship standing. Then everyone came back again. We sunk once! We went back and sunk the galleon and the brig. People were in the water and they sunk us again because they were double shooting us while we were repairing. We decided we didn’t want to listen to them trash talk us again. So we quit for the night.

    Those ship battles are picture perfect and so exciting! What a waste if it end in dubbel gunning and name calling.

    @ruigtand-nl yep. It was the galleon crew that kept getting sunk. The sloops sunk them. Haha! Then we sunk them. The other brig kept ramming other ships and trying to board, they weren’t good at it.

    Ahoy @purplemajic!

    Yes forts can be so much chaotic fun! We had our own fort fun last night. We had a great alliance going on, but there was a "uslooper" that wanted to join the mix. All while skellie ships kept attacking. One even crossed the map from the horizon to engage everyone.

    The trash talk can be a bit much at times. Nice to drown it out with sinking their ships and sending them to chill out with the Ferryman. Do not loose heart though as the double gunning days are numbered. Just a few more days they are going to hopefully have their teeth pulled. Sure the trash talk will be more painful for them to dish out.
