So I recently discovered that I could play my sea of thieves from xbox to pc, I was glad to do so as more of my friends have the game on pc instead of xbox. After installing the game I noticed I didn't have my black dogs pre order pack and as wondering as to why is hasn't crossed over... Any help?

You were always able to play with your PC mates even playing on your Xbox.
The Game is entirely Crossplay!And yes, it's play anywhere, which means you can play both on PC and Xbox with the same digital copy. And you can travel progress from one to another just by logging in with your account. No further steps required nor loss of content.
@droidxdestroyer If you are missing pre order content your best bet is to raise a ticket with support.
As they will be able to check your account and deal with any discrepancies that may have happened. :)

Since he seems not to know the game is crossplay and play anywhere, he created a new account to play on PC.
And doesn't know the content is linked with his account and not with his digital copy of the game.Am I right @DROIDXDESTROYER ?

lol, why are you so aggressive towards what he said? He knows that it's crossplay, but he is just saying that he downloaded the game on PC and you're over here saying it that he doesn't know that or something. "What are you talking about?!"
He asked about pre order pack and not what you told here about crossplay.
@droidxdestroyer You need to make sure you are logged into the Microsoft Store/Xbox App with the Microsoft Account/Gamertag that the Black Dog Pack was redeemed for. Any progress and items redeemed will be mirrored on the other platform.

If you're logging in with the same account on Windows that you use for XBox, your account details should transfer over. The one caveat here is if you have the disc version for XBox as opposed to the digital version; I don't think that one has the Play Anywhere capability, and thus doesn't actually link to your PC but if its the same account I don't see why the digital extras (like pre-order stuff) wouldn't just transfer over if you re-buy the digital copy on PC under the same account.
You may want to get clarification from XBox support.
