Xbox push to chat while in a party.

    I play sea with some pc players. Thare biggest advantage is to be able to play in a party chat and still hear in game chat. If needed can push a button to chat. Id like to have this option on xbox win talking to other pirates i have to go to xbox app swap to game chat and win i tell my crew same thing all over agane.

    I think not having push to talk is more of an xbox issue. I haven't looked recently but DayZ has push to talk, but it doesn't/didn't work if you are in a party. Not sure if that is still the case but might be something they can't really control even though it would be a nice addition.

    @fundietoday Ohhhh now I get how push to talk works ahaha it always confused me but that makes sense now.

    I would love that option come to think of it because I do prefer being in a party as the voice quality is just better. But obviously when you bump into other players being in game chat is almost a must.

    That would be the best of both worlds!

    We don't need a push to talk. We need an in game chat toggle between crew and open mic. Would be simple to assign to left or right on dpad and if a teammate leaves it on open when discussing plans then they are responseable for giving away the plan lol

    And it could be implemented across both platforms so would mean pc plays wouldn't need discord or teamspeak anyway ... They still have to press a button to switch anyway.
