By reactive liveries, I mean stats that "track" current in-game progress by changing ship appearance. For e.g. A figure head shark that has eyes that glow more blue as more megalodons are defeated. A hull livery that decays as more skeleton ships are sunk. A sail that bleeds the more pirate ships are sunk? There are many possibilities and those are just a few. Thoughts?
Reactive Liveries (Figure Heads, Hulls, Sails, Flags)
I have loved the idea of reactive cosmetics for a long time. Baranacles growing on your ship the longer it sails, blow up enough gun powder barrels and your clothes give off smoke, complete certain metrics and your ship turns into a skelleton ship for a period of time. Would love to see stuff like that.

I could see this working the same way that each trading company's items do currently - that you reach a certain level of activity or commendation and you can buy an optional upgrade to a cosmetic.
