Trouble with the inventory wheel anyone?

Is anyone else having trouble using the inventory wheel, in particular when switching between weapons and planks or bananas and the bucket? I find that sometimes during a tense battle I can’t properly switch between the gun and planks and bucket as I try to bail and repair and shoot. I play on Xbox One X so sometimes I hit LB then right stick to the desired item and I get nothing - the current weapon or item remains. Sometimes it’s crisp and I’m able to switch like a pro and sometimes it just won’t switch. Granted this is all happening fast during tense moments so I’m trying to find out if it’s me or if it’s lag or just an occasional glitch. I feel like it happens all too often to be just my user error but who knows. I’m basically trying to be surgically precise with the wheel and it’s not always happening. This of course results in sometimes being killed when I failed to switch from weapon to banana to heal. Or sink when I fail to switch from plank to bucked or vice versa. I’ve been playing since the beta and this is something I’ve noticed on a regular basis. Am I just trying to change too fast, beyond the limits of what the game can register? Very curious what you guys have experienced if anything. Thank you!
