Good luck with that. The last time we got two new sets of "legit permanently in the game clothing" was four months ago.... Besides. Knowing rare at this point it would clearly be too much effort to make vest for the game. Its too much effort for them to even make new reskins let alone new original clothing models. (That goes for everything else that would be a great addition to the game.) If your lucky it'll just take the small period of four updates many months apart for them to make that real. Just a veteran pirate rambling about the annoying experiences with rare at this point. Either way hope your lucky and this gets made a reality soon. I'd actually be pleasantly surprised. But just don't get your hopes up.
There is actually a handful of pieces of gear I've seen previewed over time but not made available. The one thing I would really like to see is the silver chest plate (looks like the gold one) that was previewed during an update loading screen and not once, but TWICE! Really annoying and I'm glad you brought this up.
