I have been in touch with support about this. I was a Founder back in February or March of 2017. I had a massive stroke and was unable to game for a long time. I logged in the other day and didn't have any of my Founders items. I contacted support and the gave me Sails but no title. I was in just before the cutoff .. never recieved my confimation email I was supposed to get raised a bunch of support tickets .. as someone who was pirate legend at the beginning of april and played the betas the full timeframe they were out I am truly dissapointed I was ignored and do not have founder sails or anything .. I'm sorry this happened to you I hope you recover and I hope you have more luck than I with the founder pack

Changing subjects to your stroke in inability to log in for a while, welcome back and glad you are able to log back in!
Glad you are pushing through and wanting to engage further by asking for founder items and title.
Hope everything keeps improving and you are able to earn a few more sails to your collection. Good to know the ferryman's door didnt lock on you.
