For all of those out there that solo the DR, what do you think your average time of completion is for solo players from the moment you start stocking your ship at an outpost to the point in which you turn in the legends chest?
Also is your time quicker than a solo regular athenas?
Last question, which do you do the most and why? Regular vs ashen.

SOLO ATHENA VS DR ATHENA
I’ve done around 5 DR Athena solo. I’d say the average being 3 hours to complete as I rarely leave loot behind. That’s before the last volcano nerfing update so I can only imagine it would take a little less time now. Not to mention the overall distances you’ll have to sail between the two Athena’s.
DR Athena rep+DR loot prices+possibility to find the crate of mysterious wonders=my vote.i would say it can be solved faster now,the dr area is smaller the oos can be done so much faster in the dr,when a volcanoe breaks out and u have a voyage on a quiet island near you to go just do that island in the meantime,i never stopped the time but the two dr i did after the nerf ,solved pretty fast. i prefer the old/regular areas solo cause sometimes when i had a long voyage i like to take a 10minute break at the outpost.for me the most important thing for a chillvoyage one of the solo oos must be on a tiny island,and even the second must be something like snake island ,crooked masts(sure when they r on top not cool)i do never again solo oos on thieves haven or marauders arch,krakens fall ,even discovery ridge is to big.
@ursistersturd what is this crate of mysterious wonders. Keep hearing about it. How much is it worth? Is it in Dr?
@acebead40319154 it’s the rarest of cashable treasure and only found in the DR. It can be turned in at Stitcher Jim or Captain Morrow for an even $25k. I have spent the majority of my time in the DR since introduced and have yet to find it.
I like soloing DR Athena. It takes me at most 1 and a half hours. I don't take all the loot. If skellys spawn on a chest I'm digging up I will leave it. I do grab all the skulls. If the island is erupting I will go to the next one and come back. ezpz, ignore krakens and megs. skelly ships can be a pain, run them into rocks or sail near other players.
