Killed the Kraken. No achievement & no commendation

    We have killed the Kraken 3 times already, only 1 of them counted for the game. Also a friend of ours that hadn't killed it before, killed it while on our crew yesterday and today again and got no commendation and no achievement. Are we doing something wrong or is the game broken?

    Maybe it died of natural causes while you were fighting it. Perhaps a stroke, or heart failure. They have a tough life.

    Yeah I've had this happen to my crew a couple of times now. kraken dies/leaves and we get no credit

    Did you guys check twice. You used to have had to open the bilge rat menu twice, to see your progress.

    If there was no loot there is a chance it might have run away if u don’t deal enough dmg in a specific amount of time

    @ant-heuser-kush There was loot and I am pretty sure we didn't take more than 15 minutes! Thanks for your help though!

    Just had this happen to me and @BaconWrappedSAC there was definitely loot and we did it in less than 15 minutes. No commendation. And I'm p****d cuz I want the kraken ship parts....

    @personalc0ffee No! We would have seen the letters on the screen if we were merged. We didn't see anything like that.

    @snikefriend - This has also happened to me, my crew got the commendation but I didn't.

    Rare are aware of this issue and are working to fix it.

    interesting, yesterday my crew killed a kraken and my friend got his first commendation for doing so, but i didn't get me 3rd! what's going on here.
