Please add a keybind to allow players to zoom in or out on the ship's map with the keyboard. People who are playing with something other than an Xbox controller or a traditional PC mouse will need this feature. I have used trackball mice for PC almost all of my life, and very few of them have a mouse wheel. Unchangeable mouse wheel functionality has been a big problem for me with modern games. You will also have players trying to use other devices like built in laptop mice who will need this feature.

@skormon unfortunately most of the PC configuration settings are an after thought. There are lots of screens that should have keyboard controls that either use the proper assigned keys or should be remappable but are not. Most notably, all of the npc dialogs and inventory screens are not navigable by the movement keys. A lot of screens use page up/down and are not changeable either.
They need to unify and improve the interactions with the interface in general.
