This isn't my character, but every time my mom logs in to Sea of Thieves (We're shipmates), her character is always wearing the default clothing and doesn't have any of the custom purchased items. She also can't see her character in the main menu, whereas I can. She keeps her quest progress and money though, and can go into the clothing/vanity chests and get her bought items out of them. Any help aside from completely deleting her pirate and resetting her progress?
Character resets to default with every login
Hey there! Definitely don't delete your pirate, but please do raise a ticket with support. Clothing should not be resetting for each login, so the team will want to have a look.
@jinkiedoodle I have been experiencing this for quite some time now. I have to re select everything with every log in. Yet all my friends don’t have this issue. I submitted a ticket but not explanation as of now. Not really expecting one given the gap between your post and mine.
