A bug since launch

I'm fine with most bugs in this game, most i barely ever see, but there is one that i see the most and I've seen it since launch, its the glitch where your body is tilted from swimming.
Pretty much for those who are unaware of this glitch, when you swim and leave the water onto land, your body will stay titled in whatever direction you are looking at, this glitch isn't seen when you leave the water looking strait ahead, but if you are looking up, you tilt far back on land and looking down does the opposite leaning your forward, this glitch impacts heavily on walking too, if you look completely down when leaving water, then you will be barely able to walk, similar to looking strait up but ive found worse results with down. Its nearly impossible to walk like that, and still causes a little bit of issue for if you look slightly up or down. Plus doing emotes is also a big indicator as to weather you are tilted or not.
The real only way to fix this issue is to go back into the water, and leave it looking strait.
However i thought that this bug was a recent thing, but it has actually been here since launch and it doesn't even seem to have much attention or any future fix either.
