rum barrels are good to have in the game so please add them rare!

We have them... that's what the Grog Barrels are.

alcoholic drink.Rum = Grog.... in the SoT already ( granted, it is a watered down version )
@closinghare208 hey mate, the closest thing we have from Grog barrels is the 1000 grog chest, we can sell those and drink from them.
Another thing, have you heard of cargo runs arriving next week to our game?
You know one of the items we will deliver/sell is a box of bottles of rum.

Why would someone want to carry around a barrel of rum ?
What would be the extra point to it ?
We have grog on the ship and in the tavern (which is basicly rum).
We are getting cargo runs wednesday or thursday in which you carry crates of rum bottles and sell um.
And whats the benefit of drinking from the barrel instead of your tankard ? Except that in real life it would be exceptionally wastefull and get your whole ship wet and sticky ?

Anyway i dont see the point so i and nothing you said so far has made me think it would be a groundbreaking way of it being fun instead of a chore so i dont see why they should add it.

@closinghare208 Yeah they're called complete sentences, as in more than one. So what exactly do they do? You mention earlier that we could be able to sell them to the taverns, would we get any reputation or just gold? And with drinking them, why not just have your grog with you? Where would we find them? Would we carry them around? What purpose would they serve other than another way to get drunk? You really should just save everyone's time and tell us all in one comprehensive go

Seems kinda trolly of something but im gonna take the moment to say what i think the person means or at least what it makes me think of.
Barrels like the thousand grogs but not with an unlimited ammount of drinks that you can find and bring around so you can drink to throw up levels wherever you would like.
Wouldnt really serve a purpose besides another toy for the sandbox.
Unless you can sell them maybe to the new seaports for some ammount of money even if it is not worth a lot.
