How to start Forsaken Shores

    How does this work? I’m always so confused I don’t like the way they make you figure out how to start the campaign.

    Find a rowboat on a beach then sink it.
    Rinse and repeat.

    lol Sorry but that's pretty much it. You could talk to Duke the Bilge Rat in the tavern but I don't know if he actually triggers anything.
    Whilst looting barrels you are bound to find quests in the new Devil's Roar region.
    Or you could always head East / South East and buy voyages from the new outpost there. "Morrow's Peak Outpost"

    The only way I knew how to "start" it was through the loading splash screens that said there was someone on Liar's Backbone, so I went there. Then that guy doesn't really tell you anything useful so you just end up visiting the different islands anyways. shrug

    In addition to the suggestions above you could also try looking at your Bilge Rat rep for the new commendations and visit those islands mentioned.
    Once there look for the hidden skeletons or whatever the commendation requests.
