So, I have stopped playing this game since last update being there is nothing left to do for Athena lvl 10 PL 8.7mil gold, but i really love the game. I would really LOVE to see them put in an option to lvl or roll another character on the same account! It baffles me that this is not already an option, every other MMO or RPG game i have ever played had this option. I would really like to see this in game Please.
Multiple Chars on one account
@ALGARAM I can't say that for sure since I don't work for Rare, but every time I see a post like this they generally don't get much attention on the forums. It just doesn't seem like something the broader player base is concerned about.

It has been a highly requested feature but we haven’t had a confirmation on wheather we will be getting it anytime soon.
Although it’s not ideal you could make a brand new profile for free and start a new account that way. If you are on console your games and gold membership will share across and it should be the same for PC minus they don’t need a membership.
@nofears-fun if someone has multiple characters on one account all of those characters would be tie to the same account

Just going to elaborate on this a bit. Assuming you bought a copy of the game you can share it via Microsoft Family Share. You can have up to 10 accounts on one copy of the game. You can even play multiple accounts together at the same time. This is all free. The only thing that is required is signing in/out of accounts.

In that case, if that were true then I see no reason why not to do it.

This sure seems a things that should be in the game. Probably it will happen someday who knows.I do love the creation of new characters and give them meaning and background.
You can do like the most of us do, create multiple accounts. it's free.
But sadly we don't have access to the time limit and exclusive items we have on the main account. But those items aren't tied to our account anyway. It's tied to our character.
If you delete your pirate and make another all the things are lost. :(But anyway, I have 3 characters to play the game!
My main one, PL.
A second one, Female merchant/admiral roleplay only.
A third one, I created to my girlfriend to play with me sometimes.Oh and a 4th, a pioneer old man! Ahahah but that doesn't count. It's only an old sea dog to test stuff 😜 and it's tied to my main account.
