I can't access to the request ticket page

  • 1- I access to this website:
    https://support.seaofthieves.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new
    2- I search "faefawegaweg"
    3- 0 articles found, I press in request a new ticket
    4- Again the search page loads
    5- After some seconds this page loads:

    6- I press in the button to send an assistance request
    7- Again the search engine loads, and after some seconds again this page
    https://support.seaofthieves.com/hc/es/articles/360001002928-Known-issues-during-the-sign-up-process-on-the-website
    loads again

    I have been weeks trying to access, and I JUST CAN'T! Please, can someone help me?????

  • @mangel2500 You might try going to the Microsoft live login page, login in with your microsoft account information, and try the support page again. Not sure that this will resolve the issue, but it is worth a shot.

    He cant write support tickets because of the weird redirection system is not working.

    The Support page is a bit funky when loading, you definitely need to wait for it to transfer you to the correct place... it works ok for me and the link @triheadedmonkey has posted does too, please let us know if it's still not working or loading.

    It might be something to do with flash? Unsure but I will also pass this on for you to the web team.

    I have found clearing your browser's cache can sometimes fix the constant loop issue. Something worth trying?

  • @triheadedmonkey @KattTruewalker As I said, the webpage that loads is the wrong one (I even wrote the link I am being redirected)
    @Musicmee It doesn't. I even tried different browsers with the same result.

  • @mangel2500 it loads the FAQ/common issues page first for me but if left it opens the support page.

    although I do notice a lack of Insider badge under your name....might be an issue?

    Please try to clear your cache, and use https://support.seaofthieves.com. Try also with other browsers and in incognito mode. If none of these work, please let me know and I'll escalate it for you.

  • @triheadedmonkey As I said it is loading another webpage. About Insider, I don't know why. In the Windows Insider App it says I am in the Sea of Thieves but in the forum I don't have the badge. Also in my profile it says I am not in the insider program. Something extremly weird and probably buged.
    @khaleesibot I did all of that. Same problem, always load that webpage instead of the reporting webpage.
