Pc freezing since latest update microsoft update/mmc.exe issue

The only programme running slow on my pc is sot game client. The game will freeze if I'm in the home screen or playing. Sometimes it's fine other times it can crash my whole pc.
Most of the time it just makes my pc slow and hard to close the sot game client. My pc is up to date on all drivers and updates. Any input on this is greatly appreciated as I can no longer use my pc to play sot.

Game is crashing for me as well. I've reported it many times since mid July but rare is choosing to ignore it. Wish they would at least akcnowledge it as a known issue.

I've reported to reinstall every patch but doesn't fix it either.

So last week when i was trying to fix this i updated windows and it was fine for a few days and now my issue is...

I'm getting mmc.exe errrors I can open mmc.exe via searching for it. but if i try to use device manager it says its not available so i went into command prompt opened it fine now i'm doing sfc /scannow and it completed. No idea whats going on. Microsoft can't make something that works properly obv. This issue prevents me from even using my pc anymore for sot. I have windows 10. Someone anyone? advice?

My pc's windows update has made it so i now have a mmc.exe issue. I only updated windows because my sot game was crashing. well now that i updated windows the mmc.exe is now the issue. and it made the crashing 10x worse.

Basically Microsoft's fix to this was removed because it "expired"/"retired" and as rare you should give Microsoft a big mouth full of words on this subject because its cutting your player-base! I seriously can't play on pc anymore.
