Megalodon, Kraken and Cursed Ships are going to be uselless...

  • Hello my english is not so good but im going to try to explain the best i can.

    Megalodon was a excellent Event, that i personaly didnt had the chance to play. I killed it after a few weeks with a few new players!
    Megalodon is a nice feature, one of the best features you added to this game, and you let it stay in the water for nothing.

    It doesnt give you a chest it doesnt give you nothing.

    Make Megalodon drop a Chest, or with a very low low % you would receive or the Scar, Tattoo, Drum, or the Figurine.
    I know this matter has contraversy because some players like time limited items and others dont, but the ones that like time limited items, are the 1st people to complete the events in 2 or 3 days and then they only play when another Event comes out. This doesnt make players stay in the game. You cant imagine how many new players go for Megalodon for nothing, and they cry about it.

    Kraken is the same thing its on the game for nothing.

    Why would someone waste their time killing it?

    Think about it, and think what you going to do with Cursed Sails after Event....

    Now if you guys are thinking of creating another profession like Hunting / Fishing, and Kraken and Megalodon and Moby D**k stays in the game for XP and some chests and % of dropping a time limited items to the vanity chests. This will make people try diferent things. And for those that didnt had the chance to do the Events have now the opportunity of killing X megalodons to try to get Item x y z. This will make player stay in the game and try to obtain diferent things.

    Suggestions:
    1- Add Dyes for Skin color.
    2- Dance CanonnBalls the timer is to big / OP
    3- % of mermaids is very very low dont know if its to be like that or not.
    4- Hunter / Fishing Profession

  • A "hunter" profession, that sends you on quests to kills various monsters out at sea, would be pretty sweet. Maybe have each monster drop an item similar to the cursed skulls, like a monster fang or something, which you have to bring back to the hunter at the outpost.

  • Rare has been pretty good at incorporating player feedback. So the fact that they've been so quiet about all the complaining over the lack of rewards for killing monsters is telling that they have something large planned for them down the line.
