Sails in a region accommodations expire?

    When does the sailing in an alliance with certain sails in a region accommodations expire? We had this problem with crews that didn't have the sails join and then would not leave. Maybe there should be a way to lock the alliance after getting your fleet together.

    Remove the invite sail, no one else can join
