Ahoy me hearties, I have a tale I be itchen to tell to other pierate crews which happened recently.
I set sail alone in a sloop in for some alone time with me and the sea, it was quite lovely. Herdy gerdy in hand, I played me a pleasant little tune, setting sail to who knows were, when suddenly I heard a distrubance most foul.
I checked into the bright sky colored Sea just a ways away from Mermaid's Hideaway, and what I saw was me biggest fear, The Megeladon. I have a fear of the sea devils, sharks that is, and when I saw the mother of all sharks my skin crawled at the sight of it's green eyes stairing into me soul.
Thankfully it wasn't hungry so it let me be, but it swam to close to me for the longest time, allowing me to get a propper look at it. It'd be beautiful if it weren't a spawn of evil it'self.
Luckily it wandered off soon as I dropped anchor at the island, and there I started on my quest for Gold, and Gold I found.
For I had a map, and not just any map, a very respectible and charitble map, a map with about seven or eight marks, and to my supprise, it was most indeed, Charitble.
The first striking noise of my shovel hitting a chest revealed a glorious Captain's Chest, and the next spot reveiled the same, and again, another, and then another. Not to mention the stray chests I found across the island.
I was going to need another hand, or a hook, to safely diver this precious booty.
So I raised my flag requesting another crew member, and shortly enough, another hand on deck joined me crew. I expained to him about our fortune, and how the second part of the Voyage would be just as profitable as the last with nine marks at Rum Runner Island.
We gathered more supplys, and set sail. But we weren't alone, I once again heard the sound of the water bring something unnatrual our way. Once again the Megaladon swam with us, watching us with it's beady eyes... Damn over sized shark.
We didn't dare harm it and risk loosing our loot, so we sailed onward.
We finally reached Rum Runner Island, and dug up our fortune, and once again, it was indeed very charitble with Captain's Chest after Captain's Chest. Once our loot dug up, we set sail.
We pulled over ten Captains chest, and other valuable goods that voyage. Many a coin spent, and many a grog had.
Though to this day, it still puzzels me to this day why The Devilous Megaladon didn't attack us, now that I recall, it seemed to be escorting me and me loot to safe harbor... Odd Monster...
This has been a tale told by
Captain "White Eye" Bonny Rodgers
*I may have "fallen" into sea when Meggan was swimming next to me, and offered a "Peace Banana"... It worked with Pirates, why not sharks?
