    Games to play while out at the sea:

    • Plank, Cannonball, Banana (Rock, Paper, Scissor)

    Plank smashes Cannonball (hit it far away)
    Cannonball squishes Banana (bomb drop)
    Banana slides Plank (makes it slippery so you can't hold it)

    • Grog me plank - (Galleon only)

    2 persons. One on each plank.
    Drink up yer Grog, see who can stay on the plank the longest time.

    • Jumpin' Jack

    From the front of the ship, sword dash your self.
    Put a chest down to measure the distance, next person has to beat the record.

    • Wheel of Fortune

    Everyone stands in a circle around the Anchor.
    The more people, the bigger circle (can be done with other Crews as well)
    One person jumps on top of the Anchor Pulley and Points.
    Drop the Anchor.
    The person that gets the pointed finger wins (or looses)

    • Hide & Seek

    Hide a Trinket on the Ship, let the other crew members try and find it.
    ########################

    • Last Man Standing

    Go to your local Tavern, fill up yer Tankards and drink as fast as you can.
    Refill and drink more.
    If you get puked on, your out!
    Become the Grandmaster of Last One Standing
    (This can be played on the lower deck as well, same rules apply)

    A few more I've played before, most with @PersonalC0ffee (he might know some more):

    Last Man Swimming

    This one is pretty easy, you all jump in the water and the spot you land is where you stay. Moving isn't allowed and the goal is to survive the longest, while sharks will eventually start eating your crew.

    A variation to this one can be done by all doing an emote on the deck of the ship and then scuttle it. You'll keep on doing the emote while going into the water, which makes it easier to spot the people that cheated.

    King of the Hill

    Find a nice rock formation and try to get to the highest point possible. The person that manages to get the highest wins. There's no rules here how to get there, however without a cannon you might not get far.

    Land the capstan

    On a galleon, stand on the railing next to the compass and do a sword dash jump towards the capstan. The first person landing on top of it wins!

    Thieves Haven challenge

    Sail your ship through Thieves Haven at full speed. If this challenge seems to go well, introduce some grog into the mix.

    @straw-hat-blake that’s the preferred one, makes more sense that the heavier cannonball breaks the plank and the smooth surface of the cannon ball gets slippy with the banana.

    You know that game where you spin on the spot with your eyes closed and then try to walk in a straight line...
    well to amuse myself for those moments I'm waiting on the ferry, I spin around the main mast and once the bell tolls and the door opens, I try to run straight through the door without smacking my face in the sides

    A great game my friends and I play is the "drunken foot-race" - we all drink 2 drinks at the same time inside the tavern and then try to be the 1st to get to the boat. It's harder than it sounds.

    Enlist a 2nd crew and checkpoints and you can even do the "drunken relay" - each player has to reach their friend at the next checkpoint, and throw up on them. That player then takes a swig of their own and attempts to get to the next checkpoint/finish line.
